TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The conditions below apply to all passengers who make reservations with the ATA BEAUVAIS company :

Reservation

• The settlement is carried out at the time of the reservation. Then, ATA BEAUVAIS will issue a written confirmation with all the reservation and will send it by mail or by fax. The settlements are not repayable, except if ATA BEAUVAIS has to, for reasons which are independent of its willingness, to cancel the reservation or to accept to cancel it and to carry out a repayment.
• When someone reserves for two persons or more, it urges in the name of other persons and therefore we consider that all the members of the group also accept the ATA BEAUVAIS’ conditions.

Plane and transfer

• If, for some reason, you miss your plane and your transfer, ATA BEAUVAIS will make you fill out a declaration for your travel insurance in order to cover the cost of a new transfer. ATA BEAUVAIS, exceptionally, will be able to give up its payment for the new transfer.
• The schedule of the pick-up for the shared shuttle can be anticipated or delayed by 15 minutes to the full of the established timetable; in this case, the client will be briefed the day before by phone.
• The addresses which appear on the confirmation are these of your destination place and of your meeting place for the transfer. If you want to modify them or to change any detail, the request will have to be sent in writing (mail or fax) to the ATA BEAUVAIS' reservation central at least three days before the transfer. The modifications of a reservation will not be invoiced.
• A reservation can be called off by mail or fax. We will have to receive the cancellation at least 2 days before the date of the transfer. In case of cancellation by the client, ATA BEAUVAIS will accept, exceptionally, to repay the transfer. Then, a cancellation number will be passed on to the client, who will be able to mention it during the next correspondences with ATA BEAUVAIS.

Luggage

Two luggages by client will be accepted. Any additional luggage will have to be reported during the reservation. In the opposite case, ATA BEAUVAIS reserves the right to do pay the additional luggage or to refuse to take it in the vehicle.

Vehicle

• ATA BEAUVAIS reserves the right, and gives it to its chauffeurs, to refuse the access to the vehicle to any person who is, visibly, under the alcohol influence and/or drugs and any person with a behaviour which could be considered like a threat for the other passengers and for the chauffeur.
• The passengers are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in the vehicles.
• It is forbidden to smoke in the ATA BEAUVAIS' vehicles.

Service

• ATA BEAUVAIS will do its utmost for that the vehicles arrive on time for the given appointments and drop off the clients on time in their destination place. However, ATA BEAUVAIS will not consider as responsible in case of delay due to external facts which are independent of its willingness or its control. The vehicles are insured perfectly for the passengers transport, like requires it the French law. However, and even if we handle the luggage with care and attention, the passengers’ goods are transported and are under their own responsibility and ATA BEAUVAIS will not be able to be responsible for loss or damage.
• ATA BEAUVAIS will try hard to transport passengers with the minimum of discomfort and trouble as far as the destination place which is indicated on the confirmation. However, sometimes facts out of our control prevent us to carry out our responsibilities. You can see some examples of these facts hereafter :
  
  • Road accidents which can create slowing down
  • Road accidents which block traffic
  • Exceptional weather conditions
  • Police control
  • Vandalism and terrorism
  • Unforeseen traffic jams
  • Strikes and/or demonstrations which block road
  • Problems caused by other passengers
  • Any fact which can affect the passengers’ security.
• If ATA BEAUVAIS was not able to drop off the clients in their destination place, ATA BEAUVAIS would be in charge of setting up other mean of transport: bus, car, renting car, taxi and so on.

The repayments carried out by ATA BEAUVAIS for the cost of this alternative transport will not be superior to what would cost a taxi for going to the destination place of the client.
